Our Mission
Elegy’s mission is to create natural and beautiful places across the country so that everyone has the chance to hold the funeral of their choice.
Our venues will be designed to blend into their natural surroundings and promise to be the most environmentally sensitive yet, reflecting our part in the cycle of life.
Opening in 2024
A number of carefully selected sites have already been identified with plans being developed.
The first Elegy site should be opened in 2024 with further designs coming to life after then.
Commemorate & Celebrate
Elegy believe that it is time for bereaved families to have a crematorium of their own, free from the long journeys and congestion that blight existing crematoria. Instead, we want to create a beautiful place, in a tranquil spot, able to offer somewhere peaceful and personal for each individual funeral.
